Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy reflects the current production capabilities of TG Automate.
Information collected
The platform processes registration email, username, display name, password hashes, login-device information, IP address, login records, audit records, subscription relationship, and encrypted Telegram session data needed for an authorized connection. Plaintext passwords and verification codes are not stored.
Purpose of use
Information is used to create accounts, verify identity, maintain sign-in security, provide device management, process support requests, run the automation you configure, and protect the platform from abuse.
Cookies and tokens
Access and refresh tokens maintain a session through secure cookies. Refresh tokens are stored only as hashes and rotated on every refresh.
Telegram data
Authorized Telegram sessions are encrypted at rest. The platform reads existing bot conversations and public command menus to provide discovery and runs only workflows explicitly selected by the user. It does not provide bulk messaging or member-invitation functions.
Your choices
You can change your display name or password, revoke login devices, sign out other devices, revoke Telegram authorization, remove bots from the automation center, and contact support for account issues.
